65,000 square foot, three floor build-out for the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences. Most of the project entailed perimeter offices, open office space which was prepared for DIRTT wall demountable partitions, conference rooms and break rooms. The project also features training rooms, screening rooms, and higher-end areas such as the executive offices and an atrium with a feature waterfall. This project has achieved LEED Gold certification.
