Open office space and furniture display showroom of 15,000+ square feet included elevator lobby and unique, elliptical architecture. High-tech design integrated an exposed open ceiling, a raised panel floor and a white epoxy finish over the concrete slab. An extensive lighting design was used to highlight the furniture displays. This project required coordination of project team members in New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles, and was completed ahead of the shell core portion of the building with a construction cost of $550,000.
