In 2015, the three owners of HBC sold the company to the employees. By working with an employee-owned company, our clients know the entire HBC team is wholly dedicated to the success of every project.

We have made great strides in attracting and retaining a diverse workforce, but we still have much to do. Community Involvement
We approach each day as an opportunity to positively impact the community. Since HBC holds locations in both Orange and Los Angeles counties, our community spans throughout Southern California and beyond. We build partnerships with both industry-related organizations and charities who champion causes that are important to us as individuals. Each year, this list expands to encompass an even greater reach. Through the power of giving back, we extend ourselves beyond our boundaries to be involved citizens who offer compassion, support, and hope to the people we help serve.
