HBC is pleased to announce that Olivia has joined our team as Director of Client Relations. Her previous position as Client Services Manager for a well-respected global design firm has given her a wealth of experience in identifying and developing strategic growth initiatives. At HBC, she will be responsible for amplifying our presence in Southern California by developing relationships with new and existing clients. Olivia comes highly regarded and has extensive connections within the industry.
- Olivia graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany with a degree in Communications.
- She has widespread experience working with
industry colleagues, including CBRE, Cresa, Cushman & Wakefield, Newmark Knight
Frank, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Savills Studley.
- Being entrenched in industry organizations, she
has previously served as a Board Member of the CoreNet Southern California
Chapter from 2015 to 2017. Additional involvement includes the International
Interior Design Association (IIDA) and International Facility Management
Association (IFMA).
Olivia’s experience will undoubtedly contribute to HBC’s business development and marketing efforts. We are excited to add another team member who shares our vision of being the premier tenant improvement general contractor in Southern California.
