18,000 square foot retrofit of two historic buildings in Santa Monica, re-purposed to become a creative workshop and post-production facility for one of Hollywood’s new movers and shakers. The new facility, which captures exterior space and joins it with the interiors throughout the project, includes a sound studio and control room, four AVID editing facilities (expandable to eight), a artists and props creation area, a screening facility, and over 4,000 square feet of entertainment area on the roof.
