Project Description

A 12,000 square foot tenant and landlord renovation transformed the space into a dynamic and functional environment. The revamped layout included private and open offices with aluminum office fronts, conference rooms with frameless glass doors, a welcoming reception area, dedicated phone rooms and booths, a comfortable break area, and updated restrooms. Notable design elements feature Wood Tambour walls for a warm aesthetic, Zintra acoustical panels for sound control in conference rooms, and decorative pendant lighting in the break area. Concrete countertops in the reception and breakroom add a contemporary and durable finish to the overall space.
