Project Description

A 300,000 square foot, multi-floor construction project that consisted of new interior spaces, a kitchen, cafeteria, server room, emergency generator, and other infrastructure requirements on 13 floors in an occupied high rise.  Scope included demountable glass office fronts, open area work stations, numerous types of meeting and gathering spaces, break rooms, and elevator lobbies. Features included custom high-end millwork, custom lighting package, extensive graphics and technology, different types of flooring, wall finishes, custom ceilings. A single floor is dedicated entirely to a conference center and the Blue Ladder Cafe, City National Bank's premiere dining service. The project was constructed in two large phases with construction occurring on multiple floors and locations at one time. It is also a LEED Platinum Certified project.
