Project Description

This project encompassed a full-floor tenant improvement alongside a partial-floor high-end office refresh, thoughtfully designed to complement the client’s existing workplace experience through refined materials and purposeful spatial planning. The space features a striking interconnecting stair that enhances connectivity between floors. Throughout the suite, millwork detail and intentional contrast between dark and light materials create a sophisticated, layered environment that balances warmth with a contemporary edge. Dynamic conference rooms support both formal presentations and collaborative working sessions, utilizing operable partitions to provide flexible configurations. Hospitality-inspired collaboration spaces and an inviting multiuse lounge further enhance the employee experience. Together, these elements create a cohesive workplace environment that supports functionality, flexibility, and a distinctly elevated design identity. The project also achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability, performance, and occupant wellbeing.
