Project Description

This prominent 27,000-square-foot renovation for a modern homebuilding company spans the partial 10th and full 11th floors at the Irvine Towers. The existing post-tension slab required special precautions, including FRP reinforcement, to enlarge the 11th floor deck for the new interconnecting steel and glass staircase. Elegance was a key theme throughout, with high-end finishes, detailed millwork, custom ceilings, and glass partitions in the circular boardroom and conference rooms. “The Park,” a hospitality space with banquette seating, complements the adjacent executive lounge and and custom plan room. The elevator lobby also received an upgrade with striking back painted glass panels.
