Project Description

HBC oversaw the delivery of the 225,000 SF Wilshire Courtyard campus on Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile, uniting Sony Pictures Animation, Sony Pictures Imageworks, and Crunchyroll into a shared, artist-centric ecosystem. Inspired by Hollywood’s Golden Age, the campus features Art Deco–inspired interiors, biophilic landscaping, and advanced production environments, including a 146-seat Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision theater. Dynamic communal spaces connect divisions across four floors, fostering collaboration across all stages of storytelling.
