Project Description

This design-build project at the Spectrum Terrace is a comprehensive 100,000 square foot interior overhaul. The project involved a full interior demolition and the creation of interconnecting stairs spanning from the 1st to the 4th floor, complemented by a stunning four-story interior waterfall. The endeavor features high-end finishes, including custom millwork, mixed flooring materials, and an array of glass and wall finishes. The space accommodates a blend of open and private offices, boardrooms, conference rooms, a photo studio, storage areas, and IDFs. Open ceilings with sound absorption techniques, an extensive lighting package, media walls, and a state-of-the-art A/V system enhance the modern office environment. Notably, the server room is equipped with a dry sprinkler system for added safety.
