Project Description

This project involved a complete interior and exterior remodel of a 6,700 SF, two-story medical office building. The buildout features a modernized layout, including exam rooms, infusion bays, a lab, soiled utility room, conference room, reception, and office space. Two new exterior stairs and a refurbished elevator enhance accessibility. The building's exterior has been refinished, while the interior incorporates basic finishes, with a striking high-end woodwork ceiling at the reception area. The renovation elevates functionality with upgraded facilities, ensuring a contemporary and efficient space for medical services.
