Project Description

This project involved the renovation of 40,000 square feet on the 27th and part of the 28th floors for a law firm, featuring private offices, open workspaces, and a modern reception area with a conference center. Key highlights include acoustically treated walls for sound mitigation, wood flooring in the reception and break room, Adotto glass office partitions, and fabric-wrapped acoustical panels. An interconnecting staircase with wood treads and glass risers enhances connectivity, while the 28th-floor meeting hall boasts a full A/V system and a large video wall. Additional features include high-density filing systems, multiple fireplaces, and sound masking, creating an elegant and functional workspace.
