Project Description

This 12,000-square-foot healthcare tenant improvement project involved the transformation of a medical space into a modern ambulatory care facility featuring urgent care, primary care, and specialty care suites. The scope included the construction of new waiting areas, a welcoming reception zone, and multiple nurse stations to support efficient patient flow and staff operations. Designed for flexibility and functionality, the project also incorporated the installation of an on-site x-ray machine to enhance diagnostic capabilities at the facility.
